Our work happens in real places: mines, tailings sites, ports, and the communities around them. It involves real people. The miners, operators, and families behind every tonne are the reason we take this business seriously.

That care shapes all four of our businesses:

• Mining. We run our operations to the safety, labour, and environmental standards we would want for our own families. We hire and buy locally wherever we can.

• Tailings. We recover metal from waste that earlier mining left behind. Every tonne we reprocess is cleaner ground and less risk for the communities living beside it.

• Trading. We trace our material to its source and work only with suppliers who meet our standards. We pay fairly, on time, and in the countries where the value is created.

• Royalties and streaming. We back operators who share those standards, and we hold them to them for the life of the asset.

We do this because it is right, and because it is good business. In this industry, trust compounds like no other asset. To us, good business and good conduct are the same thing.
